Staff was wonderful; room was perfect - especially the pillows! All was great!
A bit noisy since on a busy route, but nothing that can be avoided.

I had asked for a room apart since I am a light sleeper. There was none available. The receptionist put me in a room that she felt was suitable, and it was. The noise of the highway cannot be avoided, but I was able to turn on the fan (thank god there is a fan!) to drown out the noise. The other guest's trucks started their engines early, but I was able to fall back asleep. I was very pleased. ...read more

Stayed at a brand new Holiday Inn next door.

When I got to the Quality Inn at 10.30 PM . My room that I had reserved online had been given to another customer, but they got me another room at a just recently completed Holiday Inn next door for the same price. ...read more

I liked the fact that the hotel was close to fort benning and was inexspensive.
The bathroom walss were dirty.

I think that overall the hotel was nice, in a convenient location and was family friendly.

The pool area and covered patio's were great.
There was no elevator.

The hotel was fairly close to restaurants, but far from shopping. It was a quiet location and the rooms were well kept and clean.

Wireless internet and breakfast was good.
There were bugs in my room, cheap everything, I was glad I didn't have to spend too much time there.

This hotel is not good. I had a hard time finding the place because every time I called the person, they gave me wrong directions and my GPS couldn't even pick it up. There were bugs in my room crawling around my computer that I had to kill. The overall furnishings of the hotel room were cheap. The bed wasn't very comfy. Cheaply built. The breakfast was good though and the grass was nice. I didn't really feel safe there either. ...read more

The beds were comfortable.
Inattentive and no air conditioning.

Got up to eat breakfast in an extremely hot dining area. Very unfriendly server.
